stylesmart's Featured Designer is scarf and wrap artist, Brooke Scott. A native Mid-Westerner, Brooke spent her early teens in Illinois constructing crafty gifts for her friends and family. As she searched for more challenges, Brooke founded and published a niche magazine that commanded international attention, each copy of which was hand-decorated. These experiences led Brooke to her current role as lead designer of her own company.

Seeking more adventure, Brooke soon found herself far from the land of 10,000 lakes (or near those lakes) in Boston, Massachusetts. After moving to Boston, Brooke found great interest in her new surroundings: unique styles, ideas, and people who helped influence her current collection - colorful abstract designs on fabric that is fun and easy to wear. Brooke's limited edition designs ensure that her personalized craft is safely kept.

A passionate arts patron, Brooke's designs are influenced by varied elements of the stage, including music, costumes, folk lore, Technicolor, and lively dialogue. All of the pieces in Brooke's collection are delicately hand-painted with exquisite detailing and care.
